My kids have never had pink eye so I
have no idea what to look for?

I just tried to call you. If it's goopy at all i'd treat it as pink eye even if you're not sure. I was *sure* Morgan had pink eye (thankfully we had a prescription on hand) but by the time he was over it I actually think he had just scratched his eye or had a different type of cold or something in it because no one else got it and it is quite catchy - hopefully it's not and it if isn't goopy I wouldn't worry too much unless it seems itchy...
